The cuddly and comforting rabbit we know can be romantic, especially on Valentine’s Day! He holds a rose in his mouth while attempting the stereotypical tango dance. Not really his usual self, but it is the effort that counts! “Compte Fleurette” is a wordplay on the French expression “Conter fleurette”, which means “to court a pretty flower; to seduce”.
My illustration hopes to inspire us to break the daily routine and find the time to show love. To remind us to make quality time for our partners, no matter how busy our schedules are.
