WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the law of January 6, 1988, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from placing the Order, except for the Products mentioned in article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code. If the withdrawal period is exercised, we are required to reimburse you for the sums paid, without penalty, within 14 days of receipt of the returned Products, with the exception of return costs.

For all Orders placed on this site, you have a right of complaint for 14 days from delivery of the Product. To exercise this right of complaint, you must contact us at contact@juliesbuddies.com, and express these reservations and complaints.

Products subject to a right of withdrawal or a right of complaint must be returned by you and at your expense, in their original packaging and condition.

In the event of a damaged product, you have 15 days following delivery to submit your complaint to us. This must be accompanied by supporting documents such as a photograph of the damaged Product(s).

RETURNS

You have 14 working days from receipt of your order to notify us of your return or exchange request by email to contact@juliesbuddies.com.

Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Once your return request has been received, we offer you the exchange of a standard product (same product or different product at an equivalent price) or a total refund of your order. Before returning the item, we recommend that you wait for our proof of concept.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please check that the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. Any risk associated with returning the product is your responsibility. If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if the exchange or refund is approved or refused.

In the event of an exchange, the replacement item will be sent to you within 5 working days, without additional delivery costs. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

In the event of a refund, your credit card or original means of payment will be automatically credited with the initial amount of your purchase within a few days.

Please note: In the event of a partial return of an order, the initial delivery costs will not be refunded to you. In the event of a complete return, the initial delivery costs will be refunded.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.
